Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Hive. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Effective date: July 19, 2026
Who provides the Service
Hive is operated by ULPI Studios, based in Israel ("Hive", "we", "us", or "our"). This operator is the contracting service provider for these Terms. Paddle.com Market Limited or its applicable affiliate acts as merchant of record for purchases made through Paddle checkout.
1. The service
Hive lets you compose content once and schedule or publish it — including video — across multiple connected social media accounts: Instagram, Facebook Pages, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Pinterest, Bluesky, and Mastodon, and manage supported customer conversations through WhatsApp Business. We provide the scheduling, publishing, community, and messaging tools; the platforms provide the destinations where content or messages are delivered.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Hive. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3. Connected accounts & official APIs
Every connection between Hive and a social platform is made through that platform's official, approved API using the standard authorization flow — we never ask for or store your platform passwords, and we never automate or scrape a platform outside its sanctioned API. When you connect an account, you authorize Hive to act on your behalf within the permissions you grant — for example, to publish posts you schedule. You represent that you are authorized to connect each account and to publish the content you submit through it. You must comply with the terms, policies, and community guidelines of every platform you connect, and you can disconnect any account at any time.
Where a connection uses Google APIs — for example, connecting a YouTube channel through the YouTube API Services — you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Hive's use of information received from those APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy and the Google Privacy Policy. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data from each connected platform.
4. Your content & responsibility
You retain all ownership of the content you create, upload, schedule, and publish through Hive. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate the Service and to deliver your content to the destinations you choose. You are solely responsible for the content you publish — its legality, accuracy, and clearance — and you must hold all rights and permissions necessary to publish it on every platform you target.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Hive to:
- Post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or harmful content.
- Send spam, run automated abuse, or violate any platform's rules or rate limits.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Attempt to access, disrupt, reverse engineer, or circumvent the security of the Service.
- Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that put the Service, the connected platforms, or other users at risk.
6. Plans, billing & trials
Hive offers paid subscription plans with a 14-day trial. The unpaid workspace state is not a public subscription plan. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically until cancelled. Paddle acts as merchant of record and processes checkout, payment, applicable taxes, receipts, subscription management, and approved refunds. You can cancel at any time; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy, and nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights under applicable consumer law. We may change plan pricing or features with reasonable notice; changes to recurring prices apply as disclosed to you and subject to applicable law.
7. Third-party platforms
The Service depends on third-party social platforms and their APIs. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their availability, changes to their APIs or policies, or any action they take regarding your accounts or content. A platform may reject, delay, or remove content, or revoke Hive's access, independently of us. Your use of each platform also remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies.
8. Service availability
We work to keep Hive reliable, but the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every scheduled post will be delivered, as delivery can depend on factors outside our control, including platform downtime, token revocation, or content rejection by the destination platform.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hive disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hive will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Termination
You may stop using Hive and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if required to protect the Service or other users. On termination, the license you granted us ends and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the competent courts located in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service, except where applicable law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Your continued use of Hive after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
