Everything here is what Hive actually does today. If your question is missing, ask us and we will answer it plainly.
Is this safe for my account?
Yes. You sign in on each network's own screen, so Hive never sees your password (Bluesky is the one exception: it uses an app password you can revoke any time). Automatic messages only go to people who wrote to you first. Disconnect any time.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Every workspace gets 14 days of Worker Bee free with one connected account, and no card is asked for. After the 14 days everything pauses until you add a card. Nothing is deleted and your Hive Bio page stays online. Hive charges per connected account, not per person you talk to: Worker Bee $6 a month per account, Swarm $12, Queen Bee $85 a month flat for unlimited accounts.
What counts as a channel?
One connected account: one Instagram profile, one Facebook Page, one YouTube channel. Worker Bee and Swarm are priced per channel, Queen Bee is one flat price for unlimited. Contacts are never charged and never capped: a paid plan answers an unlimited number of people, so growing an audience never raises the bill.
What kind of account do I need?
Instagram needs a free Business or Creator account. Facebook and Messenger need a Page. WhatsApp needs a Business number. TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X and the rest connect as they are.
What does Hive do on its own?
Only what you set up, in your words. On Instagram and Facebook, someone comments your keyword and Hive replies publicly and sends the DM with the link. Keyword DMs work on Instagram and Messenger, story replies on Instagram. WhatsApp and Telegram automations come next.
Will it sound like a robot?
No. Every message is your words, and you can add your own AI to draft replies in your tone. Any conversation can hand back to you and pause there.

Posting: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky and Mastodon. Conversations: Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp and Telegram. Comments on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
Does it post on its own?
Yes. Photos, carousels, videos, Reels and Stories go out at the time you pick, each network with its own version and preview, from a calendar you can fill a month ahead.
What numbers do I get?
Views, reach, likes, comments, saves, shares and profile visits, per post and per channel. Audience growth, best times from your own history, a Hive Score for every post, industry benchmarks, rivals side by side, and which campaign brought the clicks. Scheduled reports on Swarm and Queen Bee, with your own branding on Queen Bee.
Is there a link in bio?
Yes. Links, shop and announcements on a page you design, every tap tracked, plus a link to wherever you take bookings. An automation can send someone straight to it the moment they comment.
Can my team work in it?
Yes, on Swarm and Queen Bee. A role per person, permissions per channel, and posts that need approval before they go out. Queen Bee adds client approvals and a record of who approved what.
Can I run Hive from Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes, using your own AI account. Hive speaks MCP and has an API, so your AI can post, reply and read the numbers. Anything that publishes or sends still comes back to you to approve.
Is there a limit on contacts?
No. Contacts are unlimited on every plan, and you are never charged per person. Hive charges for connected accounts, so your bill stays the same as your audience grows.
Is there a free plan?
There are 14 free days with no card, on the full Worker Bee plan. After that Hive is paid: everything pauses until you add a card, nothing is deleted, and your Hive Bio page stays online the whole time.
Am I tied into a contract?
No. There is no minimum term and no notice period. Cancel from your billing page and the plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for. Your posts, contacts and history stay where they are.
How do you take payment, and do you see my card?
We never see it. Paddle handles the checkout as the seller of record, which also means tax is worked out and shown before you confirm rather than added later. Your card details never touch Hive.
I run several brands. Does that work?
That is what the pricing is built for. You pay per connected account, so five brands with two accounts each is ten accounts and the bill is simply ten times the plan. From around eight accounts, Queen Bee becomes cheaper: one flat price, unlimited accounts, with client approvals and branded reports.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Any time. Adding or removing a channel adjusts the bill straight away, plan changes and cancelling are done from your billing page, and cancelling keeps everything running until the end of the period you paid for.
